- We engrave exactly what you type (including upper/lowercase).
- Each name can be up to 12 characters long.

Can I use special characters or another language?
We support standard Latin letters (A–Z) and spaces.
Accents (é, á, ñ) usually engrave well too.

We don’t send digital proofs. To keep orders moving quickly, we engrave exactly what you enter. Double check spelling and capitalization at checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We start crafting fast. If you need to edit the engraving, email us within 1 day of ordering.
After engraving begins, changes aren’t possible but we’ll work with you on a quick remake option if needed under the correct circumstances.

Personalized bracelets are hand-finished and take 3–5 working days to craft before dispatch. Non-personalized orders typically ship within 1–2 working days.
